Here’s How We Do It
The Point Blank Process is proven. We’ve been doing it for 19 years. We know you don’t have the time or bandwidth to mess around with hiring schemes that don’t work.
Everything we do is intentional.
Our discovery session is designed to uncover your “must-have” requirements for the position to be filled. If a potential candidate does not possess any one of these requirements, they are not interviewed. Period.
Over the years, we’ve built thousands of relationships. During our Two-Week Blitz, we:
- Call the people in your space who we already know
- Source the top salespeople and sales leaders of your chief competitors
- Ping the top executives in your industry and ask them for referrals
Upon submitting viable candidates to you for your review, our goal is to have a minimum of three who make it past the first interview and are progressing toward “the one” being chosen as the best fit for you and your team.
We’ll have a 30-45 minute video call to uncover your “must-haves” for the position. Those core needs will drive our effort in locating your A-Player.
Once the “must-haves” are clarified, we will execute what we call a Two-Week Blitz during which we will find qualified candidates and/or referrals. If we don’t… something is off and at that point, we’ll push pause and reevaluate.
