POSITION:  Strategic Sales Executive, Banking Capital Markets

  • This is a hunting sales position, selling $20M+/yr of Business Services (BPO) into the Banking Capital Markets vertical.
  • Reports to NA Lead for Financial Services
  • Expansion position (rather than replacement)
  • Key role within the Business Services senior executive team. 

COMPENSATION 

  • Base Salary: $190-225K (depending on experience)
  • OTE: $380-450K
  • No cap on commissions
  • Quota: $20M 

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE 

  • Must be able to document/demonstrate recent experience identifying and closing $20M/yr of BPO deals within the Banking Capital Markets vertical

Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Infrastructure Services

POSITION: Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Infrastructure Services

  • This is a hunting sales position selling large ITO deals. Annual sales quota for this Sr. Sales position is $30-40M/yr (TCV) in Infrastructure Services sales. The role is eligible for an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top achievers’ performance.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: $160-180K
  • OTE: $300-330K
  • Top reps are W-2ing $450K+
  • Comp plan is completely uncapped
  • 401(k) Company match

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (As a candidate, you will be asked to document/demonstrate all of the following during the interview process.)

  • Recent experience selling large ITO deals ($20-100M TCV)
  • Experience selling into companies with revenue ranges of $750M-$10B+
  • Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to the C-Suite

Senior Director – Business Development

POSITION: Senior Director – Business Development

  • This is a hunting sales position.
  • Responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close
  • Entails selling a blend of Litigation and related Managed Services

  • Global enterprise services company (has signed $1.5B worth of contacts in the last 18 months)
  • Focused on providing global managed services to the F300
  • Annual sales of approx. $300-400M
  • Rapid, consistent YOY growth
  • Deep consulting, technology, and outsourcing capability

COMPENSATION

  • On-target earnings: $270-310K
    • Year 1 quota: $2M, Year 2 (and on) quota: $3M
    • 5% commission up to annual quota
    • Accelerator: 5% commission for all sales over annual quota
  • Commissions paid throughout the length of the contract
  • Top reps are consistently W-2ing $500K+ (comp plan hasn’t been so much as tweaked in many years)
  • Completely uncapped comp plan 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have recentexperience selling $3-5M/yr of services into the legal departments of F500 companies
  • Hard-line Qualifiers:
    • A minimum of 70% of your sales must have been into corporations, rather than into law firms.
    • A minimum of 70% of your sales must have been true services, rather than software or services attached to a product.
  • Must have an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly as well as a subsequent ability to articulate said value prop clearly
