POSITION: Business Transformation Leader 

  • This position is not a role running an existing group. Our client is in search of a leader who will roll up their sleeves and build a Business Transformation function for their newly-formed Enterprise Sales organization (sells $50M+ deals).
  • This is not a Sr. Exec role running a P&L (not yet). At this stage of their growth, our client is looking for a “builder” and a “doer.”
  • Ultimately, there will be a transformation team reporting into this role.

  • Create, implement, and govern a formal Business Transformation structure that overlays a Legal Service offering (i.e. bring in your Transformation expertise and lay it over our client’s primary offering: Legal Services)
    • Teach Business Transformation to the existing executive team (including C-suite and EVP’s)
  • This person will:
    • Drive process and margin improvement with existing clients
    • Transition new deals
    • Build a framework for all new deals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent experience working for a services provider or offshore outsourcing company (not software or hardware)
  • Experience with 50M+ BPO deals (not ITO)
  • Very strong IQ and EQ (able to communicate your strategy to the internal C-suite and EVP’s)
  • Adept at tech and process improvement
  • Six Sigma certified
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
  • Able to collaborate with a global team

EVIDENCE MINING & REVERSE ENGINEERING

Senior Director – Business Development

POSITION: Senior Director – Business Development

  • This is a hunting sales position.
  • Responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close
  • Entails selling a blend of Evidence Mining and Reverse Engineering (hardware and software) services

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have recent experience selling $2-4M/yr of services into the legal/competitive intelligence/engineering departments of semiconductor companies
  • Hard-line Qualifiers:

Solution Architect

POSITION: Solution Architect

  • The Solution Architect supports the solution and sales teams, providing solutioning, scope, activation, costing, business consulting, process improvement analysis, and technology utilization services.
  • This person supports the pre-sales process, working closely with the Solution Team to ensure we are providing the best, most cost-effective solution for the customer.

  • Current experience working for a services provider or offshore outsourcing company (not software or hardware) in a Solution Architect role
  • Current experience solutioning large-sized (>$50M contract value), technology-led BPO deals (not ITO)
  • Experience with or intimate knowledge of next-gen BPO (e.g. AI, RPA, Analytics, etc.)
  • Experiencing playing the role of a “Solution Integrator,” working across multiple service offerings and workstreams (e.g. sales, delivery, technology, transition)
  • Experience developing new approaches for effective delivery of consulting services
  • Proven capabilities in senior (CXO-level) client interactions to discuss solution strategy, approach, details. Ability to drive workshop-driven discussions with client teams to articulate vision/approach and to create high-quality outcomes

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

  • Strong client facing presentation skills and ability to explain solutions and business value on the customer’s level
  • Must have the ability to write proposal responses that describe and support the solution
  • Bachelor´s degree required, Master’s degree a plus
