POSITION: Vice President, Legal Consulting Solutions

  • Leads the Legal Business Solutions (LBS) practice (30+ people and growing)
    • LBS is the consulting side of the business
  • Position reports up to Business Unit Leader

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: $220-$260K (depending on experience)
  • Bonus: 30%
  • Participation in LTIP

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines offering, sales, and overall business strategy for Consulting
  • Provides personal contact with key clients to ensure healthy relationships and generate cross sales
  • Forecasts, tracks, and implements best practices in the areas of IT, Business Tools, and Management
  • Contributes new sales leads
  • Partners with Marketing; regularly serves as industry event key note speaker
  • Accountable for budget and revenue target execution
  • Provides regular updates to Senior leadership on the health and future of the Consulting business
    • Sales Pipeline
    • Execution against financial targets
    • Offering strategies

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS  (As a candidate, you will be asked to document/demonstrate all of the following during the interview process.)

  • Strong Consulting / Consulting Management background
  • Recent successful experience in running and growing a Consulting businesses
  • Experienced in strategy, org structure, tech enablement, operations, and cost savings

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideal candidate is currently (or recently) working at Accenture, Bain, McKinsey, or similar
  • Legal experience a plus but not mandatory
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree, Masters preferred

CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Infrastructure Services

POSITION: Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Infrastructure Services

  • This is a hunting sales position selling large ITO deals. Annual sales quota for this Sr. Sales position is $30-40M/yr (TCV) in Infrastructure Services sales. The role is eligible for an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top achievers’ performance.

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary: $160-180K
  • OTE: $300-330K
  • Top reps are W-2ing $450K+
  • Comp plan is completely uncapped
  • 401(k) Company match

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (As a candidate, you will be asked to document/demonstrate all of the following during the interview process.)

  • Recent experience selling large ITO deals ($20-100M TCV)
  • Experience selling into companies with revenue ranges of $750M-$10B+
  • Experience with the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potential clients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to the C-Suite

Senior Director – Business Development

POSITION: Senior Director – Business Development

  • This is a hunting sales position.
  • Responsible for new business accrual from initial contact to close
  • Entails selling a blend of Litigation and related Managed Services

COMPANY

  • Annual sales of approx. $300-400M

COMPENSATION

  • On-target earnings: $270-310K
    • Year 1 quota: $2M, Year 2 (and on) quota: $3M
    • 5% commission up to annual quota
    • Accelerator: 5% commission for all sales over annual quota
  • Commissions paid throughout the length of the contract
  • Top reps are consistently W-2ing $500K+ (comp plan hasn’t been so much as tweaked in many years)
  • Completely uncapped comp plan 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have recentexperience selling $3-5M/yr of services into the legal departments of F500 companies
  • Hard-line Qualifiers:
    • A minimum of 70% of your sales must have been into corporations, rather than into law firms.
    • A minimum of 70% of your sales must have been true services, rather than software or services attached to a product.
  • Must have an aptitude for learning new technologies quickly as well as a subsequent ability to articulate said value prop clearly

    • Year 1 quota: $1M (£750K)
